Ashley B Yoga is all about practicing balance and self-love through compassion, acceptance, and fun! Compassion for our body, and our mind. Acceptance of what our body and mind needs, and honoring where we are in the moment.


I believe in living life with a yin/yang outlook. Maintaining balance in our lives is essential  to our well-being. It is essential to feeling whole. For me, this takes form through Yoga and Krav Maga. 


When we are in sync with our body and mind, we feel confident, we feel energized, we feel empowered. We feel GOOD! And, when we feel good, we do good...in our lives, and in the world. 


My hope is to help you support your essence with the activities fitting the needs of the moment, and discover a set of practices to aid keeping the mind, and body engaged and strong.
