Krav Maga (self-defense) provides tools to help avoid or get out of bad situations. It has the ability to help you get in shape, while also building self-confidence, increasing self-esteem and self-worth, and instilling a sense of personal empowerment. A little added bonus, when you feel empowered and confident, you start to cultivate a better relationship with yourself, and others. When we feel good, we do good...in our lives, and in the world.
Krav Maga has been a part of my life since 20111. I work, train, and became a certified instructor at Charleston Krav Maga & MMA in Charleston, SC, where I am the Program Director, Krav Maga Instructor, TEAM Instructor, Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Instructor.
