Movement and Exploration (age 3-5 & 6-8)
This program explores the world of yoga and mindful movement through play and imagination. Foster emotional growth and development of self-awareness through age-appropriate yoga-based adventures, breath work, movement and FUN! In addition, see your child increase balance and coordination, while developing gross and fine motor skills.
Fitness and Movement (age 9+)
Help your child develop a healthy lifestyle by incorporating fitness and yoga as a natural part of their life. We will burn energy and have FUN while learning about the different muscles in our body and how they support us. This program provides engaging and interactive instruction through age-appropriate physical activity and mindful yoga movement.
Martial Arts (age 3+)
The discipline and focus required during martial arts training yields many benefits. Benefits that will help your child succeed in the program and in life. Some of the many benefits of this program include; self-defense, anti-bullying, conflict resolution, discipline, respect, teamwork, FUN, resilience, determination, coordination, increased listening skills, increased strength & flexibility, mindfulness, self-awareness, self-expression, and self-regulation.
