Yoga has the ability to change us. Not just our physical body, but our emotions, our awareness, and our connections.
My style of teaching is all about embracing the unique way our bodies move with compassion and acceptance. When we are willing to listen, our bodies will guide us to where we need to be. My teaching focuses on mobility, flexibility, strength, recovery, and therapeutic practices. Each class incorporates a therapeutic twist encouraging participants to turn inward and listen. Everything is straightforawrd, simple, and fun!
My training and certifications include: PRYT Yoga Instructor, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Alignment.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice using props to fully support the body without expending energy. This will allow the body, and the muscles to heal, recover, and open.
During this workshop, participants will learn how Restorative Yoga works, and how it can be incorporated in to their daily lives for better performance, faster recovery, and relaxation (less stress!).
This workshop is 2 hours, and includes a take home manual.
Myofascial Release uses release rounds to apply gentle pressure into the myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion. It helps with range of motion, injuries, scar tissue, tension, muscle recovery, and muscle function.
During this workshop, participants will learn how to use myofascial release, and be guided through specific techniques that can be used anytime to release what is tight, and relieve aches and pains.
This workshop is 2 hours, and includes a take home manual as well as 3 release rounds.
This workshop is designed for athletes, active individuals, and anyone looking to incorporate a routine to help with flexibility, mobility, and recovery.
During this workshop, participants will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence, yin yoga sequence, and restorative yoga sequence, that when practiced can help increase range of motion and flexibility, increase endurance, stamina, resilience and energy, improve muscle recovery, and improve overall performance.
This workshop is 2-3 hours, and includes a take home manual.
