Yoga has the ability to change us. Not just our physical body, but our emotions, our awareness, and our connections. 

My style of teaching is all about embracing the unique way our bodies move with compassion and acceptance. When we are willing to listen, our bodies will guide us to where we need to be. My teaching focuses on mobility, flexibility, strength, recovery, and therapeutic practices. Each class incorporates a therapeutic twist encouraging participants to turn inward and listen. Everything is straightforawrd, simple, and fun!

My training and certifications include: PRYT Yoga Instructor, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Alignment.

All sessions are available in person, via skype , facetime or facebook messenger.

60 Minute Session | $60

Package of 5 or more | $50/hour

60 Minute Couple Session | $90

60 Minute Group Session | $20/person
